SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
The warranty of products purchased from the ATEZET store is 12, 24 or 36 months, depending on the purchased product. All products purchased from our site will be accompanied by the commercial guarantee certificate.
In addition to the commercial guarantee, our store offers for all purchased products the legal guarantee of compliance, according to the legislation in force.
The warranty term is from the date of issue of the invoice. The purchaser is guaranteed that in the event of a failure under normal conditions of use during the warranty period the product will be repaired free of charge or replaced, as the case may be, at our company’s office within a maximum of 15 calendar days.
